I have lost 150 lbs :)

It's been amazing! I've gone down 5 sizes too. 

When people ask me what my number is I get excited and sad at the same time.  I'm so excited to know that I've worked hard (yes, even though I have this tool it is still hard work), yet sad that I had that much to lose to begin with.  Some have mentioned, with excitement, "Oh my gosh! You've lost a whole person!"  Yes, it is very exciting to have been successful so far, but I shouldn't have had a whole person to lose to begin with. I just got side tracked and before I knew it I was where I was. 

The good news is......I won't ever be back there again.  People say "Oh so and so had a surgery like that and they gained all their weight back". Ya not this girl. I've worked to hard and spent to much money to go back.

Plus.....I like the way healthy and happy fit :)
