How do you like to shake it?

 

Ok so the blog doesn't have anything to do with Luke Bryan but why not take the opportunity to look at that handsome face?  Every time I hear the word "shake" I think of him and then I start singing it in my head....


My friend Angela and I were at lunch the other day and we were talking about protein drinks and which ones we liked and didn't like.  We started talking about protein drinks that you have to mix yourself.  I started telling her different variations that I've done and she says "You need to do a blog on that!"  So thanks Angela for the blog topic :)
